The new chat feature is contained within the Property Website, which is a landing page dedicated to an agent's listing. The chat window is real-time, stays on top of the listing as the lead scrolls through the page, and allows agents to interact with leads via text message. Leads can click on the chat icon and enter questions, which get sent to the agent via a text message and includes the MLS number and property address. The agent responds via text which shows up in the chat window, giving prospects the instant answers they need. The feature is available on web and mobile and can be turned on at the agent level, with listing level control coming soon.
