With Homes.com's Lead Concierge, your Lead Concierge Assistants will be there to monitor and call new email leads as they come in to your Homes.com Lead Manager!

Your leads will be pre-screened to determine whether or not they have been pre-qualified for a mortgage, what their time period is for purchasing a home, what price range they are looking at, and whether they are already working with an agent.

Once a lead is qualified, we'll give you a call and let you know we have a lead ready to be transferred to you. If you're not available, that's fine too. We'll ask your lead if there is a good time for you to call them back and let them leave a message for you. You'll receive an email in minutes letting you know your lead has been contacted! The email will include your lead's answers to the pre-screen questions.
